All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping available on all orders.

4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to track your package.

6. Delays & Exceptions
Ruby’s Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen weather, or customs clearance (for international orders).
In rare cases, if a product is unavailable or delayed, our team will notify you promptly.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please report immediately with photos.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
